This page is my reading list.  A working and growing annotated bibliography of books and articles that I’ve found personally useful in the realms of education, instruction, instructional design, writing, business, marketing, instructional design, and distance education.  I considered breaking the list down into different categories such as “education” “business” “design” etc. but decided against it.  Instead, the list is organized as an annotated bibliography by author’s last name.  Using the find feature in your browser can help you jump to any keywords in the annotated part of the bibliography to find books on specific topics.  When the list grows to a large enough size I will likely break it into categories

* where I was able the links to amazon.com are set up as affiliate links, by using these links you’re telling Amazon you are buying on my recommendation, they pay a tiny bit of the purchase price (at no additional cost to you) as a “finders fee” so that I can buy more books !

Amir, N., Katz, C., & Garrett, C. (2012). How to Blog a Book: Write, Publish, and Promote Your Work One Post at a Time. Writer’s Digest Books.

This is a book who’s title tells it all.  The book covers the nuts and bolts of leveraging a blog to write in the open which can help provide feedback and generate interest in the book in general.  This is a technique I am looking forward to trying myself.
